I dont see any "Damage while Berserking" stat increase when i equip this charm. Is the stats screen bugged or am i reading something wrong?

Im looking for this specific unique item. I got it on level 60 and now Im Paragon 141 and just did Rift80 and im still using the same hammer. Is there any way to farm this item in perticular?
