Hi everyone, I’m looking for a quiet, clean, and sunlit space to live and work from. I am a solo female creative professional (Chef and Baker) with a very peaceful lifestyle. I bake alot and shoot content as well.

Preferred Areas: GK 1/2, Alaknanda, C.R. Park, Amar Colony, Sukhdev Vihar, Green Park, Gulmohar Park, Safdarjung, Panchsheel, or Lajpat Nagar.

Requirements:

• Type: 1RK (top floor) or 1BHK (Must be independent; no sharing). Unfurnished absolutely works. I need a separate electricity or water functioning meter though.
• Budget: ₹14k – ₹24k.
• Must-haves: Well-ventilated and sunlit area, safe and approachable entry, and accessible for delivery riders and cabs.(Zomato/Swiggy/Porter/Blinkit).
• It is preferable if the owner does not reside on the premises.

I am looking to move in by mid June.

I am looking at direct leads (not brokers) and any advice if possible. I am even open to scouting for spaces on foot, but I mostly have not seen people putting TO LET signs for residential spaces in these areas.
