Ceres Hoopsters Summer Indoor Basketball
Hey everyone, I wanted to share something we’re really excited about for the community.
My name is Isaiah and I work with Turlock Sports Park. We run youth sports programs across Stanislaus County and are continuing to grow our basketball league here in Ceres.
This will be our second season running the Ceres Hoopsters league. Before we took it over, the program had been struggling for a few years and did not have the best reputation. Last summer was our first season rebuilding it, and it was a huge success with about 190 kids participating.
Now we are looking to build on that and get even more kids involved this season. Our goal is simple. We want to give local youth a positive environment, keep them active, and help them grow not just as athletes but as people. We want this to be something the community is proud of.
