Background check
A little over 7 years ago I got 4 misdemeanors all class B 1 assault and 3 domestic violence in the presence of children. It was stupid. I had the opportunity to plead self-defense, but I was young stupid and scared so I didn’t and it’s made it quite difficult to get job jobs often times. I passed the interviews. I got an offer to work at panda my start date is soon. I was sent the information for the background check but I’m worried. I know felonies are an automatic denial however I’m wondering if my record could also fail me and they could revoke the offer.
I also have another question about the background check. I’ve currently lived at my residence for six years so I entered that information no problem but when it came to previous addresses, I couldn’t remember a single one so I only entered my parents address because that’s the only address I can remember, but I did live in two places in between that. I’m just not sure if I could get in trouble for not listing all the addresses, especially since one of the addresses is where the incident occurred.
