Good afternoon, I have been a general manager for the past 4 years in restaurants putting in 60+ hour weeks. I’m not looking for a job with less hours as those do not bother me. I want a job that pays better for hard work and have an interview with division 1 roofing tmmr. Are they a good company to work for? And if not what companies would you reccomend applying to in the central/south central/west Ohio area? I have great people skills and am not afraid of rejection and will work hard to get my name out there. What would y’all recommend in this case?
