I just moved to Hamilton and share a house with another unit. We are sharing the green bin and today when I threw out my scraps in these brown paper bags he literally took the bag out of the bin and said they are not allowed to be used in the compost bin. I am like 99.9999% sure I can. Am I wrong?? And now I feel awkward using them going forward because what if he takes it out again?
