All I really remember is that a guy and a girl were either on the run or somewhat wanted.

There was a dinner party sort of thing in a small room on a smallish street. The girl was dressed up to be there, but on their escape dropped her brooch/pin/makeup thing im not sure what it was but it was either blue or green and special to her. And one of the people after them picked it up off the road before putting it on a semi futuristic looking car.

I believe they were wanted because the guy had attacked someone, maybe a guard.

The movie was possibly late 90s-mid 2000s.
