New flat rate for closed stores??
Has Instacart changed the pay for when the store is closed? In the past you would get the pay without the tip. I had a scenario where I went to the store Friday night and had two orders to shop but the store was closing in a few minutes so I wasn't able to go in. Instead of getting the full pay, I only got $5. Is this new?
