It’s been a hot and dry spring here in Colorado. Looking for some advice on bringing this back to a healthier condition. One side of my lawn is pretty green and happy for the most part, I’m sure it could be better but it’s not bad. The other side with the tree is very dry and not happy at all. When I pull on the grass it seems to still be rooted so my thinking is it may be still alive just dormant or something? I’ve been trying to water it every morning. We have a sprinkler system and will be turning it on next week.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!
