Here is a spliced video of me testing out my kettlebell Maximorium rep max's for the double clean and press and front squat and snatch.
Performed tests with 16kg and 20kg kettlebells for all movements. The movement that felt the most challenging to me was the 20kg double clean and press, because I had to use more of a push press.
The snatch with the 20kg was slower than the 16, however, it was smooth.
If I recall from the book, it says to go with the push press over the stric press with the clean and press.
Community, I really need a second opinion on either the 16s or the 20s.
Also, I would like to start next week on May 4th. The issue for me is that I'm going out of town the 1st week of June, and I won't be able to bring my adjustable kettlebells. With that said, would you start after vacation, or take a week off?
