Throwing my experience with the Whoop credit (CSR). I know some of their newer clothes are stuck behind a membership paywall, but their older stock (4 MG) is still available, though not all sizes.

Bought 7 pairs of boxers and 2 work out shorts for $362 (yeah, massively overpriced....) on May 3. Order arrived yesterday and the Chase credit disappeared under my account the same day and reappeared under "Redeemed". Full $359 credit posted this morning.
