Flat ironing my hair right now and I heard adding jojoba oil helps with dryness and adds shine… Well, I think I overdid it 😅

Left side is how the right looked before flat ironing. It feels a bit heavy and looks greasy along the shaft ( I didn’t put any on my roots)

Will my hair absorb it or should I just blot with a microfiber towel and pray? My natural hair is 3A/3B and pretty dry for context.
