Hello, je partage mon expérience par rapport à mon achat sur Vinted. Je viens de recevoir un aspirateur Dyson PencilVac qui a TOUT l'air d'un vrai (boîte, finitions, clips), mais c'est une contrefaçon ultra-sophistiquée.

Comment j'ai vu l'arnaque :

• L'application : Le QR Code ne renvoie pas vers MyDyson mais vers une appli pirate nommée 'AerodyStar'. 📱

• Le support : Dans les réglages de l'appli, le contact est une adresse @qq.com (mail privé chinois) et les litiges sont soumis à la loi chinoise. Dyson n'utilise JAMAIS ça ! 🇨🇳

• Le numéro de série : Il est refusé par le site officiel Dyson.

• Le discours du vendeur : Quand je l'ai confronté, il a avoué que c'était "tombé du camion". C'est l'excuse classique pour justifier l'absence de facture et le fait que le numéro de série ne passe pas.

Le danger : Ce sont des "Super Clones" qui circulent sur des réseaux Telegram de resell. J’ai retrouvé le numéro de série de mon pencilvac présente sur toutes les boîtes contrefaite. Les batteries ne sont pas certifiées. ⚠️

Conseil : Si l'appli n'est pas l'officielle Dyson, FUYEZ et bloquez la transaction.

J'ai lancé un litige avec toutes les preuves (logiciel pirate + aveu du vendeur).

I wanted to share this because I genuinely didn’t realize how advanced counterfeit Dyson products had become until recently.

Like most people, I only thought counterfeit Dyson products existed for things like the Airwrap or hair dryers. I had no idea fake Dyson vacuums had become this sophisticated too.

I bought what was supposed to be a Dyson PencilVac Fluffycones on Vinted. At first, everything appeared legitimate:

• convincing packaging
• serial number stickers
• Dyson branding
• manuals/accessories
• Bluetooth connectivity
• overall premium build quality

Nothing immediately looked suspicious.

The thing that made me start questioning it was the QR code and app connection process. Instead of leading to the normal Dyson ecosystem, the vacuum connected through an app called “AerodyStar,” which raised concerns for me.

After researching further, I found multiple Telegram/WhatsApp reseller channels selling:

• Dyson vacuums
• Airwraps
• Supersonics

in bulk with terms like:

• “1:1 quality”
• “premium copy”
• wholesale stock

I eventually noticed the exact same serial number/model references printed on products shown in these counterfeit reseller channels.

Some of these products look extremely close to the originals, including:

• packaging
• serial labels
• Bluetooth/app features
• accessories
• displays/interfaces

I’m posting this mainly as a warning for people buying Dyson products through non-official marketplaces like Vinted, FB market place ect...

Even if a product:

• looks authentic,
• functions correctly,
• and comes in convincing packaging,

that does NOT necessarily mean it’s an official Dyson product.

Always try to:

• ask for the original invoice
• verify the serial number directly with Dyson
• be cautious with unusually low prices
• avoid sellers who refuse proof of purchase
• pay attention to QR codes/apps that redirect outside the official Dyson ecosystem

I honestly had no idea this market had become this sophisticated.
