Having a picnic with like 6-7 people and it should be lowkey! But wondering if its okay to drink alcohol?

I recently got diagnosed with PCOS but I have known for a bit. I have tried to fix my itchy scalp with so many shampoos but nothing has worked. Any recommendations?
