I’m 29M with dry skin and trying to figure out whether face masks are genuinely useful or mostly marketing.

How do you personally decide between different face mask brands? What ingredients do you look for (or avoid) for dry skin?

Also, are there companies you trust because they clearly explain the research or science behind their products?

Interested in hearing both product recommendations and how you evaluate skincare claims in general.
