4 way intersection with only 3 stop signs. Who has the right of way?

4 way intersection with only 3 stop signs. Who has the right of way?

There’s this ridiculous intersection in my town that’s being discussed in our local Facebook group. The roads with the red lines have stop signs and the direction coming from the green arrow does not have any signage besides telling you what lane goes where. This is probably because if there was a stop here, there’d be a very significant backup onto the already extremely busy man road. Half the group is saying that the left turning traffic must yield and allow folks that are stopped at the stop sign to process through the intersection. Obviously if someone has already stopped and then begun to proceed through the intersection before you arrive there, you’re not going to barrel into them. What is the rule for if you get there at the same time when turning traffic does not have a stop or yield sign?

EDIT: Thank you all for your input. I was very confident that I understood that intersection correctly but when I tried to google my question it was giving me examples for every other type of intersection. You all have confirmed my point, and I appreciate it!

Does anyone have any recommendations for some sort of woodsy scenic car photography spots near the Manchester area? I want to get some nice shots of my new Crosstrek wilderness, but didn’t really plan enough to make a trip to the mountains today.
