Went to the dealer recently to have my telematics unit replaced and asked them to update the car to the latest software while it was there, which should include Android 14. Got the car back and it was still on Android 12.

When I asked why, they told me nobody had requested this before and they needed to look up how to do it. Is this really that complicated?

People on here seem to have gotten it done without any issue.

I have a 25’ Optiq, not sure if that changes anything.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
