Whenever I’m trying not to smoke, it feels like my body is waiting to smoke to actually relax and have fun. I think that’s the biggest trigger for me. I associate getting baked with having a fun, relaxing night where I can forget about my problems. What should I do instead of weed? My energy and attention span the first few days post weed are often shit so I need something that’s easy and still provides some level of natural dopamine. I know exercise is the go to but I already workout.
