Can employers see if you passed NCLEX even if you don’t declare it?
I know being a USRN can sometimes be a red flag when applying to hospitals because they might assume you won’t stay long. If I ever start job hunting, I’m planning not to disclose that I already passed the NCLEX. Just curious if there other ways hospitals can verify or check if someone is really an USRN even if they don’t declare it?
