First, a foreword. I am not a native Turkish speaker, in fact my only experience with the language is trying to learn it years ago and giving up. What I'm in need of is help related to translating a Turkish Document I had already written for me into Ottoman Turkish. If it's easier, I don't mind is just being transliterated either, as the document was written for me in Modern Turkish.

I've tried for the past week (weekend included) trying to learn how to just transliterate Modern Turkish into Ottoman Turkish myself, using this Wikipedia Page as a guide, while referencing my practice stuff with a website called Osmanlica. At the end, when I wrote my attempt, it came out completely partially right and wrong on the other end, and I surmised it to be due to two things:

  1. Arabic loanwords use slightly different spelling. I don't speak arabic and thus can't identify those words in a reasonable amount of time.
  2. Ottoman Turkish will not write down vowels, where Modern Turkish would. The system I came up with to removing vowels was taking out ones before consonants that distinguish between hard and soft vowels, where those vowels are next to two consonants. The issue here is that I can't identify every syllable to fit into this criteria, so I had to make educated guesses which weren't educated enough.

The main thing I need is a solution to these troubles. I tried out an apparent online translator, but as far as I understand it just did not work correctly. If anyone is also willing to translate it for me, I would be more than grateful to accept. The text is about 1800 characters long, and is essentially a tourist flyer for a fictional country.
