for context im in my mid 20s and have been exercising regularly for 1 year ++ by myself. tbh ive not seen much changes in my body/weight but i do feel better about myself over time. im looking for a PT specifically one that can help me tone up my body and basically someone that will hold me accountable.

ive heard some female PTs that are quite known in the SG female scene - @/chloevusgtrainer and @/tiaraalicia. i gym at AF but tbh the PTs at AF don’t rlly appeal to me.. appreciate anyone who has any recommendations for female PT! or any feedback if the 2 trainers ive named are good! or generally any advice would be greatly appreciated 😂
