What do I need to do to be able to get treatment or to get doctors to take my condition seriously?

I don’t need a diagnosis, but I do want advice on how to navigate having conditions that doctors don’t take seriously? I was recently Diagnosed with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome while I suspected I had it growing up I thought it was just flexibility. Now I’m experiencing real pain and issues such as severe migraines for days, venous issues, pelvic congestion/bad pelvic pain, I had seizures at 18 and got diagnosed with epilepsy, joint pain, etc. from what I understand treatments for symptoms don’t differ if I didn’t have this “internet famous” condition as a doctor recently mocked on here. What do I need to do or tell doctors to get some basic care or information on how to handle this? They won’t even tell me how to handle it.

I’m a very good patient, I work out 5 times a week, I eat healthy, I maintain a healthy weight, I don’t smoke, I drink sparingly maybe a couple of glasses of wine a month. I just want to know how to help myself not be dealing with these issues. I want to go back to normal.

Compression leggings recommendations?

Hi, I’m just wondering if anyone has any compression leggings they recommend? I have Pelvic Congestion Syndrome but my legs have recently taken a hit also. I have extremely sore legs especially from sitting all day. I just noticed the veins behind my knees have started to become more severe and are becoming varicosed now officially. I’m at a healthy weight and I exercise at least 4 days out of the week split between lifting and running. (Depending on schedule and kids) Any leggings that work well for running and exercise as well (thigh rub)? I tend to beat them up working out and washing a lot.

I can’t stand compression socks and they don’t work with outfits, I’m more likely to wear leggings.
