Today, when I opened my app, I got logged out of my instagram account and it showed that the owner may have changed the password when I tried to login by using my password in my primary device.It showed to verify through authenticator app or backup code, and I don't have these two means I have not set a authenticator app in the settings, I don't have also set the backup code in my settings.Now what to do to recover?My instagram account, I don't see any option to recover it this happens many times with me. Every time I used to change the password of my account and used to login again. But today, I can't do this after even changing my password.
