What is the lowest stem i can put on it without effecting the ride quality or twitchy handling. Currently it has 80mm 7 degree raise stem.

I am torn between these two bikes as i am getting both with just $50 difference in pricing. I have a dedicated mountain bike for trails. I will be using my gravel bike mostly on pave paths and occasionally on light gravel. I will be putting 35c on it. Like to ride slightly upright and relaxed for longer distances 60Km+. Any recommendation which one to go for in terms of better components and value? I will not be upgrading bike by any means and will keep stock except changing the tires to 35c.

I am thinking to get van rysel af gravel grx. I am 165cm right in the middle of XS and Small. Need help with what size should i go for. I dont want to feel too cramped out or too stretched. I mostly rest hands on the hoods and put on handle bars once tired. Drop bars i use just when on downhill. I prefer to do long rides and prefer slightly relaxed upright position.
