I can’t gain weight even though I eat a lot…

19M 5’7 and weigh 115lbs

Every day I eat:
- 3-4 full meals a day
-Snacks
-a dessert
-plus 3 high calories chocolate milks that have like 360 calories in them each.

Overall I consistently consume 1500+ calories every single day.

I can’t eat more quantity of food than I already do… So maybe if there’s any advice of what specific foods I should eat for my meals could be helpful?? Or even just any proper diet plan at all would probably help a lot.
