Hello, I have recently been considering enrolling in the Baking Arts course at George Brown. I have a regular full time day job and looking to join mostly for fun. Baking is a major hobby of mine and I thought it would be a good way to get better while giving me a reason to get out on the weekends. Was wondering what's people's experience with the course? Is it more future professionals oriented or would I fit in?
