Firstly, I understand that the base reconstruction tool exists, and while it isn't a perfect solution to solve its still better than none, but I think there is a better way.

I play on Sparta, we have a small number of players on it, but its enough that pretty much the entire Northern Hagga Basin is filled with huge bases. However as of late, maybe close to a quarter of these bases I normally come across are starting to decay/already have.

The base reconstruction tool could be used to do more, the same way we can restore vehicles for a small fee, we should be able to do so for bases as well, at a flat rate. I.E pick a location if the original place is no longer available, restore your entire base for a flat fee. I see so many people here talk about how the base reconstruction tool came too late, or that they are waiting for something much more substantial to return and start all over again.

Bringing on new players isn't going to do anything if we can't incentivise people to return to this game. A lot of people when they quit something they might not know when it will be their last time playing, a lot less people will log on just to pack up their base, they simply just quit the game.

I have spent significantly more time in the endgame in the overland map, not the DD, not HB. Grinding specialization EXP, higher grade gear. Playing the same missions over and over is not enjoyable, why not let us target farm for gear and increase difficulty grades not just in testing stations but in other areas of the overland map?

Why not let us have access to story mission areas and grind those places too for unique schematics, what about rotating loot between different locations every week to target rifles, or scatterguns, or heavy armor? It is not fun grinding the same testing stations at higher difficulties repeatedly for endgame gear, at least add some variety to the endgame loop.

Maybe encourage more playability once people reach endgame? Reward a little specialisation exp for completing basic tasks? Like crafting a unique gear, weapon, gives maybe 5 crafting exp. Mining resources, extracting blood, static compacting resources, spice harvesting gives some gathering exp? Combat, killing bosses or rank and file enemies gives 3 or 1 combat exp respectively? Exploring new areas after a coriolis storm gives exploration? What about using binoculars to mark enemies and other things gives sabotage exp? All while landsraad missions give you more exp keeping the same system?

But what about someone like me who doesn't want to just grind landsraad missions for specialisation EXP? What if I wanna stick around in HB? Or explore(and grind in) story locations in the overland maps while being able to progress? Why am I locked out of these places? Isn't it a waste? I want to upgrade my character but the only option is to play this loop that feels so disconnected from the rest of the game. If this isn't acceptable then give us more things to do? But wouldn't that be more difficult?

With ARs such as lexington, St. Elmo's pretty much outclassing most guns in this game in terms of versatility, CC, and good stats. Should EB get buffed back to having some of its original Eagle Strike? Maybe instead of 35% its 15% or 20% damage on headshot kills?

For a gun that is this elusive and for its aesthetic it always appealed to me more than anything else. I remember when it used to be BIS for virtually anything. But running any hybrid or strikers build its felt more fitting to run St. Elmo's, Lexington, and now Caretaker or First bloom.

I just feel that as a raid exotic it should feel powerful, not serve as a niche for people playing PVP or in the DZ. It'd be nice if EB was at least on par with other alternatives in PVE.
