Sorry for my bad English but I’m really desperate right now. I’ve been having this bad odor since 2021/2022 and it’s still going on. I don’t know what to do and I’m not sure if I want to risk changing anything.

I live in a uni dorm with very thin walls where smells can pass through easily. Right now I’m using Lactacyd Odor Fresh, which blocks the odor for a few hours but then it comes back again.

This year I went to the clinic and got medication (metronidazole and doxycycline from different clinics) after being told it might be BV because I mentioned a fishy smell. But the problem is still there.

My family says nothing is wrong, but I feel like they might just be trying not to hurt me. I’m not in my hometown, and I don’t have anyone reliable to ask. My friend can’t smell well, and when I asked someone before, they said no but I’m not sure if they were honest.

I think I smell because my dorm-mates keep banging or knocking from other rooms. It’s affecting me a lot as I can’t focus on my studies and I feel really down rn

I’ve taken medication already, but I don’t know if I should stop using feminine wash and just use water because I’m scared the odor will be there all the time. I still have a month left in my semester and I don’t know what to do.

I can smell it during my period, so I’m really confused. Any advice would help.
