Quick context — my roommates and I had the classic "how do we split rent when one bedroom is twice the size of the other" argument last year. The internet's existing options were either "just split it equal" (unfair) or weird bidding-game calculators that nobody actually wants to use with their friends.
So I built something simple. You enter your rent, your bedrooms (with sizes — there's a W × L mode if you only have a floor plan), and any shared spaces. Optional adjustments for things like a private bathroom, no closet, a noisy room. It produces a per-person number that always sums exactly to your rent.
The math is grounded in actual real estate research. There's a "Show the math" button for everyone who, like me, doesn't trust black boxes.
It's free, no signup, doesn't store your data, no ads. I just want feedback on whether it's actually useful before building more.

If you try it and something's broken, confusing, or missing, the Feedback button at the top goes straight to me.
Thanks all!
