Hi! Me and three friends are looking for a four bedroom situation, either an apartment duplex condo. Something that has four bedrooms and ideally two baths but one is fine. This would be from either August 31 or Sept 1. (if we could move in the last weekend of august that would be great). We all work. Wed like rent to be about 4000$ top, with about 200$ for utilities. Does anyone know of something that would be good? Any listings? Looking for some guidance as well. Ideally
