Hey guys I need some advice my sister is the in process of a 6 year relationship breakup and has passed the 1 year mark but she’s still hurting and just today she came broken again and said that her ex just messaged her on her company website and said that he got his green card(he wasn’t a citizen)but obviously very low and scummy to do, to me it seems like he’s miserable and trying to affect my sister again after a year but i don’t know what to do or how to help her he’s giving the thoughts of taking her life but I know she won’t but to think someone like him gives her those thoughts infuriating and also assume while in their relationship together very high chance he broke her self esteem.
That’s all got at the moment any advice would help I just wanna do my best as her brother to help her get thorough someone that’s not worth her thinking everything bad about herself
