I’m trying to figure out how to get this escalated to actual Reddit support. I opened a support case with Reddit over five months ago because my main account keeps getting locked. The issue still has not been resolved.

I can log into the account, but every 4–6 hours it gets locked again and my password stops working. The only way I can keep using the account is to reset my password over and over again, multiple times a day.

I have 2FA enabled, but the lockouts keep happening anyway. Has anyone dealt with this before, or found a way to get an unresolved Reddit support case escalated to an actual human?

Hello everyone. Earlier today, I did a collaboration post for Star Wars Day. For some reason Instagram, keeps hiding all comments automatically. And no matter how many times I unhide them, they always revert back to hidden. Obviously, these aren't spam comments. And Instagram never seems to hide those anyway. Has anyone else had this issue before?

I have a Creator Account type and no one has any privacy settings enabled that would restrict comments, which leaves me a bit confused...
