To anyone looking to start. You do feel something in the first few days! My brain is no longer attacking me with as much self doubt and I’m able to read my emotions more in interactions. I know the big changes are coming still and im still staying aware of triggers and urges well. I truly feel like I have the reasons and plan this time.
