Hey residents (or non-residents) of Aurora Colorado, I have recently gotten into fishing and starting doing a lot of research on the bodies of water around me, specifically the Aurora Reservoir. I've been trying to catch rainbow trout for a few days now, and I've just been casting with a heavy weight, no bobber and using Powerbait's trout nuggets and Salmon eggs. Anyway, I haven't caught anything, but I'm wondering what types of fish are in the bodies of water close to the reservoir? There's some right next to the Golf Course in Blackstone, and one right next to a trail enterence in Southshore. Also, could anyone maybe give me any tips on catching rainbow trout?
