I am planning to go to Hampta Pass trek in June end. Although its a moderate level trek, I am someone who has done some small treks (less than one day kind of treks), but nothing as big as Hampta Pass Trek.

I am a bit worried if I can do it. I am a 100 kg guy, I am on my weight loss journey since last one month, got down nearly 3 kgs by strength training and cardio, I can jog and walk by completing 5kms in 50-60 mins.

The fitness requirement is 5kms in 45 mins. I think i can push and do it by the time my trek starts, because I still have 50+ days to my trek day.

But, bit worried if I'll be able to do it.

Someone who has done the Hampta Pass Trek, do you think I can do it? Also, how steep are we talking in terms of reaching the summit. Can anyone please give me some suggestions.
