Cleure products

Has anyone tried or use Cleure moisturizers? Night cream or day cream? I use their toothpaste and shampoo and conditioner but realized why am I also not using their moisturizer! My Barrier is compromised from rosacea and a bad flare up. I currently use Vanicream cream but looking for something with a bit more hydrating ingredients.

Cleansing

Has anyone just stopped cleansing with an actual cleanser for a week or two and had improvements? I decided to just cleanse with Lukewarm water for a week and it already feels less dry and mad. I don’t know if there’s a repercussion to not using a traditional cleanser or not. I don’t wear makeup currently and have not been able to wear a sunscreen cause everything has been irritating at the moment so I don’t have a need to “cleanse” off those types of things. I only use Vanicream cream at the moment as a moisturizer after rinsing my face with water
