Hello, five days ago I started feeling very unwell. I had pain in my left chest with like stabbing sensations, along with a headache and fever. I went to the hospital, and they found my blood pressure was high, reaching 199/124. My weight is 141 and my age is 17. The doctor then did blood tests, cardiac enzymes, cholesterol, and an ECG, and everything came back normal except for a slightly elevated cholesterol. I also have a slight vitamin D3 deficiency and some fatty liver. The doctor prescribed blood pressure medication to take morning and evening: Losartan potassium and Bisoprolol fumarate. He told me the pain would gradually subside, but four days have passed, and it hasn't disappeared. I also experienced shortness of breath and dizziness. I went to another hospital and had more blood tests, cardiac enzymes, and an ECG, and they said they were normal. They only gave me painkillers. I went home, and I'm still experiencing the same chest pain, shortness of breath, and occasional dizziness I feel a tightness in my chest and I can feel my heartbeat too, but I don't know if the pain is from my heart or not. I feel like I'm going to faint in anytime. I'm really scared, honestly. I don't want anything to happen to me and for me to die because I don't want to leave my mother alone. My father passed away last year, and I'm also too young for these kinds of illnesses. I don't know what to do. I'm currently following a new, low-fat diet, but the pain is really worrying me. I keep thinking that maybe it's time for me to leave this life. I don't know. I hope you can help me.

انا من قبل خمس ايام تعبت جدا الم في صدري في الجهة اليسرى مع نقزات ايضا و صداع و سخونة بجسمي وو رحت المستشفى و طلع الضغط عندي مرتفع وصل 199/124 و الوزن و عمري 17 بعدها دكتور سوا لي تحاليل دم و لانزيمات القلب و كروسترول و تخطيط القلب و كلها طلعت سليمة ماعدا كروسترول شوي مرتفع و عندي نقص شوي بفيتامين د٣ عندي ايضا دهون بالكبد شوي الدكتور صرف لي ادوية ضغط اخذها في الصباح و المساء لوسارتان بوتاسيوم و بيسوبرولول فومارات و قال لي ان الالم بيختفي تدريجيا لكن مرت اربعة ايام و ما اختفى و ايضا جاني ضيق بالتنفس و دوخة بالراس رحت مستشفى اخر و سويت ايضا تحاليل للدم و انزيمات القلب و تخطيط يقولون انها سليمة و عطوني مسكن فقط رجعت البيت و انا للان بنفس حالتي الم بالصدر و ضيق بالتنفس و الدوخة بعض الاحيان احس بانقباض جهة صدري و احس بنبضات قلبي ايضا لكن ما اعرف اذا الالم هذا من قلبي ولا لا احس كل مرة بفقد وعيي انا خايف جدا الصراحة ما ابغى يصير لي شي و اموت لاني ما ابغى اترك امي وحيدة لان السنة الماضية ابي توفى و ايضا انا صغير جدا على هذه الامراض فا ما اعرف وش اسوي و انا الان قاعد اتبع نظام غذائي جديد و خالي من الدهون لكن مشكلتي مع الالم مقلقني جدا اقول كل شوي يمكن جاء وقتي ما اعرف اتمنى تساعدوني
