Why do Etalus Players Up-B Wavedash to Spread Ice?
In Rivals 1, Etalus players would wavedash f-tilt to spread ice, also possible in Rivals 2, but now they all Up-B wavedash. When I do both, f-tilt wavedashing still seems faster, so why do they Up-B wavedash?

Are Chinese EVs cheap because of production, or the low PPP of the Yuan?
As the title says. It seems that the buzz of the automotive review industry is that China is able to produce top of the line EVs at a fraction of the cost, but I always wonder if they are only cheap due to high foreign exchange rates or due to genuinely cheaper production.
By the way, PPP means purchasing power parity.

Reconstructor will replace Regirock's hidden ability, and replace Klutz for Golurk, and made into a hidden ability (No Guard becomes regular)
Never Melt is now the hidden ability for Regice and Cryogonal
Super Alloy is now the hidden ability of Registeel and Aggron
Reconstructor and Never Melt's weather healing will be like a round of Leftovers
BAD DEVELOPER INTENDED STRATEGY ALERT: You can use Combust twice on Drifblim to burn it and activate Flare Boost (just use Unburden).
As for competitive impact, this is something Regirock and Regice ae desperate for: actual longevity. Meaning they can tank hits more easily, especially with one of their weaknesses completely shut down. I don't know if it will be enough to lift Regice out of eternal ZU, but Regirock can rise up for sure. Cryogonal is only there for more thematic sense, and it would be pretty interesting to see Golurk with this, as it can run some defensive sets by baiting those moves and dissentivising them, which could put a strain on the foe. Aggron defo needs something like solid rock to at least not die to earthquake in one hit. Registeel will definitely be a massive recipient of this, though a feel like lack of reliable recovery is still a thorn on it's back, so at least it can survive in RU for longer.
Combust feels like the magnum opus of what it's like to be a Fire type: Hit HELLA hard. And this move is DEFO getting used. Sure, using up your item sucks, but shell smashers use white herb, and shell smashers are excellent! I do feel like the image should be rectified, as not most fire types should have access to this hella powerful move. But a decent chunk should, which include those listed on the graphic, aswell as Moltres,Typhlosion (both variants), Infernape, Pyroar and Salazzle (No way in hell am I giving that shit to Volcarona or Iron Moth). As for boons it could give, I feel like Chandelure can rise high (and maybe get banned from RU), and Charizard can be relevant again in a tier higher than ZU. Magmortar would be interesting, as it does have Thunderbolt to FRY any Water types daring to switch in. And Drifblim isn't fully reliant on terrain anymore
