Bermuda grass in GA. Sod was installed about 5 years ago on a new build. Started out fine and keeps getting worse every year. I have a grass guy that comes to do treatments. I don’t know much about it and am at a loss.

Also, almost forgot to mention. I have a sprinkler system and water 3 times a week. 30 mins per zone.
