Package was supposed to be delivered today but instead flew back to Cincinnati hub where it is on hold.
Not sure whats going on. My package cleared customs, made it to Miami(I'm in Florida), then somehow got sent back to Cincinnati and now says “shipment on hold due to a technical issue.” Support told me customs called it back but the tracking doesn’t show any customs hold at all. Their AI agent also says they need more info but the site it points me to doesn't ask for any info.
