I've just started an eMates account to keep in touch with a person in my life who has been sent to prison. Are there any guidelines for what you can write? For example this person would use the phrase "g@y shit" to describe something, which I appreciate is totally unacceptable but would this stop a message getting through? Or do they turn a blind eye on his kind of language?
