After 22 years of trying meds, at 42 I finally found what works (Auvelity + doxepin + ketamine)
Auvelity, doxepin, and ketamine seem to be the combination that has helped me more than anything else I’ve tried since I was 20. I’m 42 now, and for the first time, I feel like I may have found something that truly works for me.
It honestly feels surreal after so many years of trial and error. I’m grateful to be living in a time when more treatment options exist.
The remaining question is whether Vyvanse is an essential part of the picture or just incidental.
Has anyone else done well on a similar combination over time? I’d be interested in hearing about your experience, especially with mood stability, motivation, and side effects.
