So when Verizon had their outage in Jan 2026. Customer service offerd a $60 that month, then an additional $10 off per line (total $40/mo) for the next 12 mo. This was offered over a chat with customer service. Im glad I SS the text because I have to fight every month for this discount.

I know i wasn't the only one to receive this offer because I saw someone on FB post that they got a similar offer.

My question is, is everyone having to fight for this offer? Is it just me?
