Chinabank Landers card not crediting points.
Hi am i the only one experiencing Chinabank’s Landers card not converting the amount purchased to redeemable lander’s points?
I used their card for the first time in march, the amount was in excess of 50k so technically my rebate should be 5% on the CBC card and another 2% on the landers membership card as was stated on their terms.
I got my SOa on April it states the amount due but the landers points conversion was 0. I thought well they might credit it on the next billing cycle but when i called to check it is still 0.
I checked my landers app and only got the 2% rebate from my landers membership card 1 week after my purchase. The other 5% from my cbc-landers credit card tie up was not credited and its May already. I tried calling the costumer service of cbc but they dont know the asnwer either. If anyone could help, would be highly appreciated.
