Why does voet-voet identify the thyroid hormone precursor as 2,5-diiodotyrosyl instead of 3,5? Was it used in old literatures? I didn't find any reference to this 2,5 naming of diidotyrosine

This is what the text says:

>Around 20% of thyroglobulin’s 140 Tyr residues are iodinated in a thyroperoxidase (TPO)-catalyzed reaction forming 2,5-diiodotyrosyl residues.
