Does anyone have the same problem?

I paid my spaylater balance thru the qr code they generated. The amount was deducted on my savings account but my balance on my spaylater remains the same. I contacted shopee they said i should issue a refund on dragonpay since they are the ones who received the money. Dragonpay on the other hand told me shopee should be the one giving me the money.

Now shopee has ghosted po for 2 days already and I am so confused about what to do.

Any suggestions?? I appreciate it! 😵‍💫😵‍💫😵
