Hey everyone, Searching for a PG in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad with the following:

1.Meals included (at least 2 — breakfast + dinner is fine) 2.AC room (non-negotiable given summers here) 3.WiFi

Budget: max ₹10,000/month all-inclusive Preferred sectors: Nyay Khand, Ahinsa Khand, or Shakti Khand — but open to anything well-connected by metro or e-rickshaw to Vaishali/Kaushambi side.

If a PG isn't possible within this budget, I'm also open to a shared flat — 2 or 3 BHK where we split rent + utilities. Ideally looking for flatmates who are working professionals or students. Can handle my own food in that case.

Single occupancy preferred but open to double if the place is clean and well-maintained.

Hey everyone, I have a few questions and would really appreciate honest answers from people who've actually been through this:

1. Is it actually necessary to be from a top-tier college to become an investment banker or get into a top firm?

2. If someone is from a Tier 3 college, what can they realistically do to still break into IB?

3. Has anyone here made it into a top firm without a target school background? What did you do differently?
