Recommendations for ~1500 budget

Use Case: School / Gaming
Preferred Specs: Preferably no less than 1TB storage, dedicated GPU, and 16gs of ram DDR4 or 5 I don’t care due to shortage
Notes: willing to buy refurbished if it means better bang for my buck as long as it has the longevity
Im going to college this August and I have a budget of 15-1600. I don’t necessarily want a “gaming” laptop but I don’t want to spend this money and not have a dedicated gpu. I like to play a variety of video games some more demanding than others but I also mainly want it to be decently portable so not huge and covered in copious amounts of RGB 😂. It’s for school after all. I also have an edu email so anything that accepts student discounts I can purchase. Any help or suggestions even what company to be steered to would be greatly appreciated. Also the less bloatware the better, of course I can just remove it anyway. I have my own pc build and I’ve always been on windows 10 so switching to 11 is going to be rough I love 10. And if the screen is OLED that’s a plus !
