Hello guys... im 35 (F) Every year when summer starts here in the Middle East, I break out almost immediately. It literally started yesterday and I already have 3 new pimples.

Day before yesterday, my cheeks had this weird prickly feeling, so I avoided actives and just used moisturizer.

Yesterday morning, I woke up with redness, and by evening my skin felt heavy with a few closed comedones showing up.

Today, I woke up with a small painful pimple and a couple more starting… and I’m honestly panicking because I know where this leads. Last year it turned into full-face acne that only cleared around November.

What’s confusing is my skin feels prickly, tight, and dry...almost like it’s being sucked by a dementor...but at the same time I have oily, acne-prone skin.

Has anyone experienced this kind of heat/humidity-triggered acne?

What actually helps to stop it early before it turns into a full breakout?

Please do help.

Look closely at the hands and the paint tubes, it doesnt have a name..its gibberish. This account is posing as a traditional watercolor artist, but it’s all dall e or ai generated. The "deckled" paper edges are too perfect, the fingers are merging into the paper. It’s scary how easily people are being deceived into thinking this is a real person’s hard work. She has her own shop as well.
