Customer needing advice

Hi there!! I recently started using instant cart as a client. I love it! I live on the outskirts of town, my grocery store is about 12 minutes maybe 15 from my house. My baby hates the car so I chose not to leave.. I started researching how much my shoppers make and was appalled… I thought I was just supposed to give a simple tip but seeing how much my shoppers make I’ve upped it to 10-17 dollars depending on how Many groceries I order. I write in the comments I tip cash, I’ll do the lowest amount on my card and then tip shoppers the rest in cash, is this proper for you guys? How much do you make per batch? Is tipping cash easier or would you rather have it on the app? Can you guys review clients, can you guys as shoppers see that I am worth the trip based on feedback from other shoppers? Sometimes I feel like I shouldn’t even order Instacart because I don’t want to make someone mad at me but also I paid 100 for the Instacart membership! Lol FAK

Hi there folks, I’m wondering the legal boundaries of late fees? The property management company I pay charges me 10$ a day (after the 1st, so starting the 2nd) with a cap of %5 of my rent (Illinois). A quick google search says they cannot charge me daily but the lease DOES state that’s the procedure. Illinois law reads pretty confusing so I’m not sure what to believe?? Please help!
